Hi, Bought ALLCARGO: Allcargo Logistics Ltd, 17 shares @ 174.5,  for Investment purpose, So total value approx 3000 rupees or 3K

Will add more next month or as per chart.

This I bought on Fundamental basis and entry  made on technical basis.

That's Y i am posting this on "Fundamentals" section

 About Company:

Allcargo Logistics Ltd, part of the Avvashya Group, is a logistics firm headquartered in India. Its services comprise global multimodal transport operations (non-vessel-operating common carrier, less than container load, and full container load), pan India container freight stations, inland container depots, third-party logistics, warehousing, ship owning and chartering. The company operates across 90 countries through 200 offices.

So what exact fundamentals I seen? Here given below ...!

(Ratios are TTM)

These are the Side by Side Comparison of the logistics sector companies which were primarily filtered on the basis of RoE, P/e, D/e

So by looking at these its visual that Kesar terminals is a Good bet among 5 (we already took positions) but coming to the conventional logistics Allcargo looking like a good bet, lets see why

Refer above fundamentals.

1. Promoters holding highest among peers
2. Net sale per share is greater than CMP which is very positive sign
3. Trading near 200 DMA so in stable state
4. Trading near 3Yr WMA so no fear of buying at higher price
5. With 4% net profit % and  7.61% of earnings yeild its a good strength financially for a company
6. Although ROE% is near 13, we expect a rise in income with the implementetion of GST

1. Although lowest among peers, its P/b is at 2.37
2. Low PEG growth
3. TTM financials weaker compared to 2015-16 financials

In Day Charts, The price took a Support @ trend line

Lets look day chart a little closer.

Here we can see the price moving upwards by consistently taking support@trend line

So its the best time for entry, moreover if the level break, more qty can be added at further levels.

Conclusion:  Point to remember

1. The selection is on fundamental basis not on technical basis
2. Only technicals used to time the entry
3. Bought 30% qty only, will be added more on future scenarios
4. No SL as this is fundamental call and will be added more on dips
5. Positions will be closed only when there is change in company policy or fundamentals or enough profits
